Welcome to Literacy Volunteers Serving Adults (LVSA) of Wilmington and Northern Delaware.
Our mission is to empower adults and their families in Wilmington and Northern New Castle County, Delaware, to function more effectively in their daily lives and communities by improving their literacy skills through free, student-oriented, one-to-one and group instruction in basic reading and conversational English. We offer literacy training for adult students and families through volunteer tutors.
